PNOC REAMS · June 8–September 11, 2026

Contributed to PNOC REAMS within an enterprise development team, implementing and testing Property Valuation workflows using Frappe/ERPNext, Python, JavaScript, and relational data.

Enhanced Property Valuation workflows, including history, effective-date validation, appraisers, supporting documents, role-based access, and audit trails.
Built property comparisons, filters, dashboards, and Excel/PDF reports for current and historical valuation analysis.
Implemented notifications for leases, payment due dates, overdue items, property taxes, new valuations, and uploaded documents.
Investigated defects, supported regression tests and browser UAT, and refined workflows with developers and business analysts.

About me

I am James Andrei N. Revilla, a Full-Stack Software Developer based in Malabon City, Philippines. I build practical applications across React and TypeScript interfaces, Node.js REST APIs, PostgreSQL data workflows, and Expo mobile development.

During my June 8–September 11, 2026 internship at Xurpas Enterprise Inc., I contributed to PNOC REAMS with a development team. My work covered property valuation, reports, notifications, permissions, debugging, regression testing, and browser UAT.

My projects include a deployed commerce and POS platform, a personal job-search application, and a mobile food journal. I focus on reliable workflows, clear access controls, testing, and maintainable code. I am completing my BS Information Technology degree at Datamex College of Saint Adeline, Inc., with graduation expected in April 2027.
